WHAT ARE THE DATA RETENTION CRITERIA?
We will retain the data for the statutory limitation period for legal obligations, and as long as there is a mutual interest in maintaining the relationship. We will then delete the data when it is no longer necessary to achieve the purposes that justified its processing.
