Our inhouse design team<\/strong> have 25 years of expertise in the art of sofa making, working on a combination of the new Losbu collections, alongside delivering the seasonal partner retail briefs. End to end the process is seamless thanks to our very diverse set of skills and capabilities in our state of the art manufacturing facility<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

Here we combine all the technology available to us from AI to CAD and CGI complemented with the years of expertise from our design team. Our design team travel the world to ensure we not only follow the trends of the fashion world, but we lead from the front when translating these trends to the sofas we create for your homes. <\/p>\n

  • Our facility consists of state of the art Gerber cutting machines for our leather and fabric models.<\/li>\n
  • An industry leading frame workshop with our comprehensive CNC machinery and wood scanning system.<\/li>\n
  • Our sewing facilities use the best German sewing machines to ensure our products are fit for the challenges of our modern world.<\/li>\n
  • Our Upholstery section is home to some of our masters. We ensure our obsession with quality and design is embraced here! Our skilled upholsterers pride themselves on creating something special before your sofa arrives at the final station to be wrapped. <\/li>\n
  • Here we have our final Quality Control section before it flows to our automated packaging machine where our operators guide your sofa through to ensure your pride and joy is snug as a bug and ready for delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    We use the best Italian leathers<\/strong> for our products. Our leather is Sustainably sourced and boasts the LWG (Leather Working Group) Gold accreditation. Our leathers are super soft and buttery to handle, this ensures a sensuous seating experience and unrivalled level of comfort. We offer a wide range of colours and textures to select from. <\/p>\n

    Our Fabric Story<\/h3>\n

    We offer an extensive range of Long and short pile velvets, textured fabrics and boucle\u2019s plus our signature linens from some of the best mills around the world.<\/p>\n

    We only use FSC wood<\/strong> in our frames and Feet, further demonstrating our commitment to a sustainable world! Our Frames come with a 15 year structural guarantee. <\/p>\n
